These terms govern your use of KnowTheirApps.com and any product you purchase from us. Know Their Apps is a trade name of Capture AI Ventures LLC, an Iowa limited liability company. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
We sell digital products: downloadable PDF guides that help parents understand the apps and AI tools their children use, and change the settings on their children's devices. Our current products and prices are listed on our home page.
If your download link does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email ryan@knowtheirapps.com. We will get your product to you.
Our refund policy is set out in full on our refund policy page and forms part of these terms.
When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own family. You may print it and share it with the other parents or guardians in your household.

Our guides are educational information, not professional advice. We are not lawyers, therapists, physicians, or law enforcement. Nothing in our products is a substitute for professional help.
Apps, platforms and AI tools change constantly. A setting that exists when a guide is published may move or disappear. We work to keep our guides current, but we cannot guarantee that every instruction will match what you see on screen.
Following our guides reduces risk. It does not eliminate it. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome for your child or your family.

Some of our guides describe how to set up software made by other companies. We do not control those products, we are not responsible for them, and their pricing and features are subject to change by their makers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capture AI Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.
