These terms govern your use of KnowTheirApps.com and any product you get from us. Know Their Apps is a trade name of Capture AI Ventures LLC, an Iowa limited liability company. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
We offer digital products for parents: a free checklist, "Five Questions Before You Say Yes", and the paid KTA Parent Playbook, a downloadable guide with a printable family kit. When it is offered at checkout, an optional companion product, the Family Digital Agreement Builder, may be added to a Parent Playbook order. Our current products are described on our home page and on the Parent Playbook page.
If your delivery email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email support@knowtheirapps.com. We will get your product to you.
If the KTA Parent Playbook is not a good fit for your family, email support@knowtheirapps.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase. Our refund policy is set out in full on our refund policy page and forms part of these terms.
When you get one of our products, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own family. You may print it and share it with the other parents or guardians in your household.

Apps, platforms and AI tools change constantly. What you see on screen may differ from what a product describes. Our products focus on questions and habits rather than on specific settings for that reason.
Our products help families reduce common online risks, understand privacy settings, and build habits for responding when something goes wrong. No parental-control or monitoring service provides complete visibility or guarantees a child's safety, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome for your child or your family.

Our products may mention apps, platforms, or services by name as examples. We do not control them, we are not responsible for them, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capture AI Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
