Know Their Apps is a trade name of Capture AI Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through KnowTheirApps.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
The short version. We collect your name and email so we can send you the checklist or product you asked for. We do not sell personal information for money. We may use advertising and analytics tools as described below.
Information you give us directly. When you download our free checklist, buy a product, or contact us, we collect your first name and email address. If you buy a product, our payment processor also collects your billing details.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited. If you accept optional advertising tracking, we use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising, as described in "Cookies and similar technologies" below. You can also control this through your browser settings and your ad preferences on the platforms you use.
Essential technologies. We use essential technologies to operate this site, including a first-party browser preference that remembers your privacy choice for 12 months.
Optional advertising tracking. If you accept optional advertising tracking, this site uses the Meta Pixel. Meta may receive information such as the pages you view, device and browser information, and information related to your IP address. We use it to measure the performance of our marketing and, where permitted, to support relevant advertising. If you decline, or if you have not made a choice, we do not load the Meta Pixel.
Your choices. You can accept or decline optional advertising tracking in the banner that appears when you first visit. You can change your choice at any time using “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer of any page. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal for optional advertising tracking: if your browser sends it, we treat optional advertising tracking as declined.
Third-party services. Checkout and email signup take place through third-party services. They have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not describe.
Our products are sold to and intended for parents and guardians. Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email support@knowtheirapps.com and we will delete it.
We do not collect, see, or store your credit card number, expiration date, or security code. Payments are processed through ThriveCart and its payment providers, which handle your card details directly under their own privacy policies and security standards. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with your name, email, and the product purchased.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share limited information with service providers and advertising or analytics partners as described in this Privacy Policy. These service providers may support email and subscriber management, checkout and payment processing, website hosting, file delivery, website analytics, and advertising measurement. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so.
When you download our free checklist or buy a product, you will receive email from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop sending marketing email immediately. We will still send transactional email relating to a purchase you have made, such as your delivery email or a receipt.
We keep your email address and subscriber history for as long as you remain on our list. If you unsubscribe, we remove your information from our active email systems within 30 days.
Purchase and payment records are kept for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. See "Your rights" below.
You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@knowtheirapps.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to our subscribers.
